| About Us Queenshill is a family run business that has been established on-line since 2000. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Either browse through our collections of fabrics by designer or search by type, colour, or use etc. You can request free samples to finalise your choice and order online using our secure payment system. Use our made to measure service to order curtains, pelmets, blinds, and much more - made especially for you. Your order will be delivered to your home or office by our courier service. From classic or contemproary you can find it all at Queenshill. |
| Making A Purchase You are able to browse through the collections of the leading manufacturers in the comfort of your own home. Look through the pages to find the product of your choice. When you have made your decision - select either one of our made to measure calculators; curtains, blinds, cushions or bedding, or order a free sample or fabric by the metre. You can then continue shopping and add more products to your shopping bag. When you have finished shopping click on “check out". When you have reviewed the contents of your bag, you will be asked to enter your payment details and submit your order. Please read our Terms & Conditions before submitting your order. We accept all the cards displayed. Sampling We hope you enjoy browsing through our designer collections. Whilst ever effort has been made to optimise our images to be as accurate as possible, all monitors colours do vary. We therefore strongly recommend you use our free sampling service before placing an order. Up to 10 free samples are available in the UK, but we ask customers to pay towards P&P to the rest of the world. |
| Shipping And Handling All orders are packaged to a high standard sometimes using recycled packaging. If you have any special requirements, please notify us when placing an order. All orders except samples must be signed for. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm and if there is no one to take delivery a card will be left with a number to call. If you work full time please arrange delivery to a neighbour or your place of work. All orders over £150 are delivered free within the UK Mainland. Shipping costs are calculated at the check out. We deliver worldwide, if your location is not displayed, please email us with the details of your order and we will reply with a delivery cost. |
| Delivery Schedule Within the UK we guarantee to deliver your order within 14 days but most deliveries reach our customers within 5 working days. Our Made to Measure service is an exception to this and delivery will be no more than 6 weeks from time of ordering unless we notify you to the contrary. Making up time is often less than this, but we will email you to let you know when the order has been despatched. If you would like a more precise date when ordering, please contact us. Samples are sent within the UK by 1st class post and to the rest of Europe by Airmail. Our UK courier service is 1-2 days. Orders to Europe are sent International Road Express with a transit time of 2-7 days depending on your location. |
| Back Orders In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you with a revised delivery schedule and the option to cancel your order. |
| Tax Charges All our prices are displayed including VAT at the prevailing rate - currently 17.5%. VAT is applied to all orders from the UK (except Channel Islands) and the European Union. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security We want our customers to feel completely at ease doing business with us over the internet. We know that security is a major concern to our customers and therefore we have put a system in place that is far safer than giving your credit card details over the telephone or giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant. When shopping at Queenshill.com you can be safe in the knowledge that your transactions are secure. We use WorldPay (Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) to handle your payments and credit card information and do not store any of this information. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your credit card details are not held on the Internet. This does mean that you will need to repeat your credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience - but one that makes it totally safe to order online with us. We also offer Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. |
| Guarantee In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or faulty goods, we will replace the goods immediately, free of charge or refund you in full. Please check your delivery carefully for external damage upon receipt and before signing for it. |

| Returns Policy Any item returned to Queenshill.com within 7 days will be refunded providing it is still enclosed in its original packaging and is undamaged. We are not able to accept for return Goods made to your specification such as cut lengths of fabric, rolls of wallcoverings or any items that have been made to measure. We strongly suggest you request a sample before ordering. Returnable samples must be returned in 28 days to get a refund. |
| Remittance Terms We accept payment online with all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer you can pay by cheque, but your order will not be processed until your cheque had cleared. Please make cheques payable to Queenshill.com Ltd. |
